On Your First Massage Visit
On your first visit for massage, an intake form is completed, followed by a discussion of your goals for the session, which sets the course for the treatment. All treatments are individually tailored, and each massage is unique depending on your needs. After the session, the therapist encourages feedback and can inform you on self-care techniques that may reduce tension and prolong the effects of massage.

About the Therapist
Colleen Finegan has completed an 800-hour course in massage therapy at the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts. She is currently licensed in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Colleen has previously worked at Peak Performance Massage in Methuen, where she had a wide range of clients allowing her to gain experience using a variety of techniques. She can perform Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue and sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, and circulatory massage.
