Whether you are scheduling an appointment, have questions regarding your insurance coverage, or handling the processing of your claims, the PCO Staff is dedicated to making your experience at Perrault Chiropractic a pleasant and easy one.
Our friendly and helpful front desk staff are here to assist you. Throughout the week Diane, Denise, Sandy, Gayle, Yiri, and Lori are at the front desk ready to greet you and help to answer any questions you may have.
Office Manager
Diane Chretien
Diane's area of expertise is office management. She works directly with patients, front desk staff, and doctors in the day-to-day activities of providing patient care. She also manages the business office which includes the billing department, office administration, and statistics.
Billing Specialists
Our Billing Specialists are Michelle St. Cyr and Veronica Cyr. Veronica's primary responsibilities include the processing of auto injury claims and worker's compensation. To reach Veronica, call our main office phone number and choose extension 15. Michelle's main area of expertise is in the areas of commercial, Medicare, and MassHealth insurance. She can be reached at extension 44.
